  I was very upset with your personnel when I was picking up my wing-back chair. 6/24/17 They decided that it was notgoing to fit and the female, no lady sided with the "pants dropping, crack showing rear". I asked them to be careful with my car. Female read me "shows on your ticket we are not responsible". On and on. Left me holding on to the chair and quit. Telling me to go get a truck. I by myself place chair in my trunk and drove off. I was mad as hell & yes I screamed at them and called names....... They need to help not being negative. Plenty more. You can call or however you did to do this if you plan to take any action or really want to correct this.
